Ham & Cheese Quiche

Quiche
With all the working out I do to train for all my cycling events, and now adding marathon training to the mix, I can get pretty hungry. I had all the ingredients on hand to make a ham and cheese quiche, with green onions, this morning.
A friend of mine just got back from Costa Rica a couple of days ago. Two nights ago he brought over a couple of bags of authentic Costa Rican coffee. I brewed up a nice strong pot of Costa Rican coffee to go along with the quiche - yum!
As I was waiting for the quiche to finish baking, I decided to write up the recipe and add it to the Suite101 website.
