Guacamole Recipe

My latest article, Guacamole Recipe; Classic Avocado Dip with Garlic, Cilantro and Lime, has just been posted to the Suite101 website.

I just made a large batch of this guacamole to serve during the first day of the Tour de France, on July 5th. We were glued to the Versus channel watching the coverage of the race.

ARTICLE OVERVIEW
Delicious avocados are in plentiful supply during the summer months. Avocados have a smooth texture, and nutty taste. This recipe creates a tasty guacamole dip that can enjoyed with corn chips, or served as a side dish to accompany tacos, fajitas and other Tex-Mex inspired food.
