Harvesting and Storing Spices; Nutmeg, Ginger, Celery Seed and More.

This article discusses how to collect and obtain a variety of culinary spices for use in your recipes. The majority of spices are only available in a dried form either in a ground powder or in whole pieces. Dried seasonings can be purchased from your local grocery store and are found on the herb and spice isle.

My complete article, Harvesting and Storing Spices, can be found on the Suite101 website.
